I’m Hali, your Westside yoga instructor at Flow & Glow Yoga. I’ve been sharing my love of yoga with the Rochester community for over several years.
My yoga journey began seven years ago with a hot power yoga class. It was a perfect fit for my active lifestyle and love of movement. But life had other plans. A car accident and a Hashimoto’s diagnosis forced me to slow down and turn to yoga for healing.
I discovered the power of gentle yoga to soothe my body and mind. It helped me manage my symptoms and find inner peace. Inspired by my own transformation, I became a certified yoga instructor to help others on their healing journeys.
I believe that yoga is more than just physical exercise; it’s a holistic practice that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit.
My classes and private sessions are designed to help you:
Calm your mind
Reduce stress and anxiety
Improve your overall well-being
I’m excited to connect with you and create a supportive community where you can feel empowered and inspired.
Let’s flow and glow together!
A little about me: I’m a nature lover who enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with my furry friends. I’m passionate about helping others and can’t wait to share my love of yoga with you.
